Our Mission
CLEAR Foundation is dedicated to addressing the growing crisis of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias in Canada. We bring hope to affected people and communities by funding high impact, bio-medical research that drives prevention, improves treatment, and may ultimately lead to a cure.

A future where Alzheimer's disease and related dementias are preventable, treatable and curable.

What We Fund
At CLEAR, we invest in research with the greatest potential to change the future of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
Every project we support is carefully selected to ensure donor dollars fuel science that can make a real difference.
Operating Grants
CLEAR's annual Operating Grants support leading-edge research, with the potential to transform dementia knowledge, understanding and treatment.
Trainee Awards
In partnership with Health Research BC, our Trainee Awards support graduate students and postdoctoral fellows with mentorship and training to prepare the next generation of biomedical scientists.
Scholar Awards
Our Scholar Awards also co-funded with Health Research BC help early-career researchers build leading-edge programs and train future scientists, strengthening Canada’s research ecosystem.
